Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using 100trak ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

100trak is a goal tracking application that enforces purposeful limits:

  • Maximum of 100 lifetime goals per user
  • Maximum of 10 new goals per month
  • Reality Sync accountability system
  • Progress tracking and milestone management

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Your first goal should be securing your account. All goals you set are permanently recorded in our immutable ledger system. There are no "oops" moments - the dog can't eat your goals. Once committed, goals become part of your permanent record.

4. Goal Limits

The Service enforces strict limits on goal creation:

  • 100 active total goals maximum per account lifetime
  • 10 new goals maximum per calendar month
  • These limits are intentional and will not be increased upon request
  • Deleted goals still count toward your lifetime total

5. One Account Per Person

Each soul has the right to have only 1 account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent goal limits is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

6. Reality Sync System & Goal Immutability

The Reality Sync feature may send you challenges to prove your progress. By using this feature, you agree to:

  • Respond honestly to progress challenges
  • Provide truthful evidence when requested
  • Accept consequences for missed challenges

Important: All goals are stored in an immutable ledger system. Once you create a goal, it becomes part of your permanent record. Goals cannot be retroactively modified or deleted from the historical record. This prevents manipulation and ensures accountability.

7. Data and Privacy

Your goal data, progress, and personal information are handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Advertisement and Data Brokers: No. The answer is no. We don't want their sponsor money or their "help" to segment or optimize flow. Your data stays with us, period. No tracking pixels, no behavioral profiling, no selling to advertisers or data brokers.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Plan, organize, or track activities that are illegal, harmful to others, or violate applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to activities involving harassment, stalking, threats, or any form of harm to persons or property
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent goal limits
  • Share accounts with other users
  • Provide false information in Reality Sync challenges
  • Attempt to hack or exploit the Service

9. Service Availability

One of our goals is to keep the platform online and available for everybody. However, due to how the system self-updates and API changes, interruptions might occur. We make no guarantees about uptime or availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates.

Important: The system is not vital to achieving your goals. Your goals exist independently of our platform - 100trak is a tool to help track and maintain accountability, but your success depends on your actions, not our uptime.

10. Limitation of Liability

100trak is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to goal achievement or personal outcomes.

11. Termination and Account Archival

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. When you request account deletion through the application settings, we don't delete - we archive. This is a ledger, not your shop keeping notes.

Data Retention: The goal data stays forever as part of the immutable ledger, but all personal information is wiped. Your email is hashed when you request to archive your data, which means it is not visible to us or anyone else unless they have the original. In case you want to return, you will have to refill that personal information, but your goals stay forever as part of the historical record.

Non-Transferable: Your account is not transferable as it is connected to your identity.

Privacy Protection: We do not respond to any requests from press, private investigators, or authorities seeking details about our users. No exceptions. Period.

Deceased User Data: If relatives request access to a deceased user's goals, the answer is no, unless that person explicitly authorized such access while alive.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
